Glencar has been appointed to complete the reinstatement of the Rustins paint factory warehouse in north London following its destruction in a fire early last year.
Working with TMD Building Consultancy, Feasibility, Fairhurst and CHQ Architects, the Glencar team will carry out the restoration of the offices at the western end of the Waterloo Road site as well as the warehouse facility at the rear of the building. The ground floor slab and foundations will be partially replaced and partially reused, subject to testing and substantiation. The 30 week project is due for completion in March 2020.
