This project involved the design and construction of a new warehouse with adjoining canopy and internal two storey offices to house the client’s relocated transport operation.
The warehouse was built on an existing concrete vehicle yard at the site of the client’s existing premises at North Crescent, London.
The warehouse is a single storey steel portal frame structure with composite roof and wall cladding. The canopy comprises a steel column and beam structure with single skin uninsulated roof and wall cladding. The two storey offices comprise of a steel column and beam structure with precast concrete planks forming the suspended ground and first floors.

The project received a Silver Award from the Considerate Constructors Scheme for performance beyond compliance.
