Connexion II is a campus of three industrial/logistics units of 25,000, 42,000 and 50,000 sq ft. All three units have been developed on a speculative basis.

The units have been completed to a high quality sustainable specification, achieving BREEAM Excellent accreditation and an EPC Rating of A aligning with occupier’s increasingly strong sustainability requirements. The new industrial units have 10m eaves and large, self-contained yards.
