Celebrating the official start of our latest project at Grandidges Quay, Birkenhead
It was fantastic to mark the official start of our latest project at Grandidges Quay, Birkenhead, with a ground breaking event alongside key stakeholders from Peel Ports Group, Finsa UK and Cara Group. This 158,904 sq ft quayside warehouse and timber-framed office will play a key role in supporting Finsa’s UK operations, reinforcing their ambitious growth plans.
With sustainability and innovation at its core, this development integrates:

Battery Storage – Optimising energy use and reducing waste
Rainwater Reuse – Sustainable water management for eco-efficiency
