Glencar Construction is delighted to announce they have been awarded a contract for the design and build of warehouse facilities for Standard Life Assurance Limited.
Glencar Construction is delighted to announce they have been awarded a contract for the design and build of warehouse facilities for Standard Life Assurance Limited.
The units, located on Eastern Approach Business Park in Barking, will provide a minimum gross internal area of 47,760 sq. ft. Works include providing a ground floor warehouse facility with ancillary ground and first-floor offices.
Glencar is expected to start on site in September with completion expected in April 2022.
