Glencar has completed construction of a new 62,413 sq. ft industrial and logistics unit for long running customer and leading commercial property developer, Stoford, at its well established and successful Worcester Six business park development situated at Junction 6 of the M5, near Worcester.
The development, which took 28 weeks to build, was developed for national food service company Bidfood, which supplies more than 10,000 products to over 45,000 caterers and food service businesses across the UK. This facility will be Bidfood’s first in the region and marks the company’s 28th depot in its national network. It features a cold store and bespoke elements tailored to meet Bidfood’s specific requirements.
