We are pleased to announce that Glencar Construction has recently signed the Armed Forces Covenant.
The covenant represents a commitment to support the Armed Forces Community and recognise the value that serving personnel, both Regular and Reservists, veterans and military families, contribute to our business and our country.
As an Armed Forces-friendly organisation, we will support the employment of veterans, recognising military skills and qualifications in our recruitment and selection process, as well as Service spouses and partners.
Colleagues who are members of the Reserve Forces or are volunteer leaders in military cadet organisations will receive support in these roles, and we will also support national events and Armed Forces charities where possible.
