Our team recently reached a major milestone at the SEGRO V-Park Grand Union Project – with the completion of the highest point of the main structure marked by a topping out ceremony. This innovative development spans over 134,500 sq ft and boasts six storeys of modern and light industrial space, helping to drive the regeneration of Grand Union.
The wider 22-acre site is undergoing a complete transformation, becoming a vibrant mixed-use neighbourhood in Alperton. This exciting project comprises 3,350 homes – with 35% of them being affordable – providing an innovative solution in combining industrial intensification with co-location of industrial space and residential accommodation.
Glencar representatives at the event included Senior Project Manager Mukesh Varsani, Roy Jones (Managing Director for London & South), and Lee Irving (Commercial Director). Joining them were our client SEGRO plc, St George Berkeley Group Plc and other guests, including Deputy Mayor of London Jules Pipe, Councillor Muhammed Butt, and Councillor Shama Tatler from Brent Council.
