Glencar Construction completed extensive internal and external refurbishment works to this automotive facility on a 2-acre site close to Heathrow Airport.
Deliverables
Works comprised the design and construction of internal and external refurbishment works to an existing warehouse in order to create a new flagship facility for Automania Garage Services (AGS), following their appointment as an authorised Service Partner for Mercedes-Benz and Setra.
The development involved stripping back an existing industrial unit to its structural steel frame and ground slab in order to create a new unit with ancillary office accommodation at ground and first floor levels, associated car parking, external works and services.
