This project involved the creation of a brand new facility in Royston, Hertfordshire, for leading global supplier of precision parts and instruments Mettler Toledo Safeline.

Deliverables

This project involved the creation of a new shell and core office, warehouse and production industrial facility for Mettler Toledo Safeline.

The build included a single storey mezzanine to an office area, external surfacing works, a lift, and a dividing blockwork wall between the office and warehouse area.
