Glencar has completed the design and build of the first phase of speculative units at Crewe Commercial Park.
Deliverables
The scheme comprises two speculative units of 92,000 and 43,000 sq ft with inboard office spaces. Glencar also completed extensive hard and soft landscaping and 278 works.
The development was completed on time despite the Covid-19 pandemic.
