Glencar undertook the repositioning of an existing 200,000 sq ft warehouse in Milton Keynes with 10,500 sq ft of new and refurbished offices.

The project involved the complete refurbishment of the main building envelope including over-cladding of the lower level brick façade and the installation of high level profiled cladding. A new roof with rooflights was also installed. The existing 2-storey office block was completely stripped out and reconstructed to provide open plan office space suitable for the speculative development market.
