Delivering Quality

Unrivalled standards

Getting it right, always.

We consider Quality as integral to our business culture. A strong culture of delivering quality is essential to ensuring that our projects are completed to the highest standards. This culture is characterised by our shared commitment across all levels of the organisation, from senior management to frontline workers. It involves embedding quality into every aspect of the construction process, from planning and design to construction and handover.

Quality control

As part of our quality management system, Glencar employs a variety of quality control measures throughout the construction process.

These include, inspections and testing, documentation, training and supervision, quality control processes, and quality audits.

We have partnered with Dalux, a leading provider of digital solutions for the construction industry. By leveraging digital tools like the Quality Control app and BIM Viewer, we are able to report in real time and streamline our workflows and improve collaboration.

Quality Assurance

Quality assurance is another important aspect so our construction activities meet the required standards, ensuring that quality assurance processes are effectively implemented and monitored, particularly on our large or complex projects.

Zero abortive work, pass first time qualitative testing and the completion of consultant snagging at practical completion are our standard minimum objectives in order to ensure the highest standards of delivery.

Continuous improvement

Glencar uses digital collaboration tools, such as BIM software and cloud-based project management platforms to harness data and benchmark what we do for future projects.

Glencar demands excellence as one of our core values, driving and continuous improvement in their everyday roles and this is consistently evident in the work which we produce for our customers.

We are committed to continuous improvement in our quality control processes, and actively seek out lessons learned from our construction projects to identify areas for improvement.
